After the first try of the original Hokkaido cake, i am tempted to try the strawberry flavors one. The Hokkaido cake is beautifully seated in the lovely pink cup. I took the first bite straight away after the purchase. The sponge cake was really soft and the strawberry cream inside tasted like strawberry mouse. The cake was cold, just taken out from their refrigerator. The strawberry taste is very lovely. It tasted a hint of sweetness, but there is also a mild strawberry sourness. Some icing sug

Some icing sugar sprinkled on top. The Hokkaido cake should be kept refrigerated and consume as soon as possible.
