I came by this stalls when i notice that they are selling one of the famous Taiwan street food - Taiwan crepe.Taiwan people named it as spring roll but i feel that its more alike to crepe or Taiwan pancake.There are few ingredients to choose from and the price varied according to the fillings in it. I'd tried their new flavour of the crispy crepe- Abalone slice. The crispy crepe is cook on top of a hot plate and top with vegetables, mayonese , different sauce and abalone slice before folding it into a triangle crepe .
The ingredient are quite fresh with a very crispy external. A great snacks to try!
