The pan mee is mixed with chili oil which makes it flaming hot. From the very first bite till the moment you expel it from your body you can feel the burning effects of the chili oil. My mouth went numb the moment the mouthful of pan mee entered
and I could literally feel it burning my lungs and stomach. I gave up after the second bite and my face had turned obviously pink from the effects of the chili oil.

Fret not though; the shop also sells one of the best wantan mee i ever tasted.
The best part of the dish is the char siew which is has the right amount of fats which melts in your mouth. The meat was tender as well and not too dry. The only downside was the dumplings has more skin than actual fillings.
