This is the first time I attend a wedding dinner where the highlight is the chef doing an opening gambit on stage with his frying pan! The Four Seasons were just ok. The honey roast chicken is quite delicious and sweet, so tasty that my ex-classmates finished every morsel of it.
It was my first time eating steamed ikan patin/catfish at a wedding dinner. The flesh is so succulent and smooth, very delicious and fresh because unfresh patin cannot be steamed but must usually be made into curry fish.
I would say that the most special is the fried prawns with rice crisps. The rice crisps were very tasty and crispy.
The Stir Fried Broccolis with abalone mushroom and also beancurd was normal but I preferred the mushrooms the most.
The desserts were sago milk with small pieces of honeydew to eaten with the deep fried pancake with some filling.
