Yeepie~ Finally there is one day where I can wake up early and go to eat my favorite dim sum. We order a Chinese tea, called "san wei" (three taste if direct translate from Mandarin). The three taste are "Pu Er", Chrysanthemum and "Xiang Pian" and it come with some sweet taste. One of my recommend food is "hong kong style fan cheong". It is perfectly match with some sambal and fried onion and also the special sauce.Bali Hai Dim Sum is always full of people, so if you want, better come early.
