Yi Café is a restaurant which is serving a wide range of Chinese style cuisines. Yang Zhou Fried RiceThis dish is the Yang Zhou Fried Rice. The fried rice is definitely lacking of wok hei. Moreover, you are like only eating rice fried with butter and with added of some onions. There are very less of meat used to fried the rice and they do not even added egg into the rice.
