我偏爱重口味的东西我也很会吃猪内脏和猪脚，虽然都是非常高胆固醇但是嘴巴总是停不下来。这里的卤猪脚有肥也有半肥的，肥的往往和猪皮一起粘着的，咬下去很脆脆很有较劲猪的肥肉仿佛溶化嘴里。半肥瘦一口咬下不会太老，它的汁渗出来，最适合配拌饭。 continue reading
