Today we had try out their special Chinese New Year dish... Chok Dee Yu Sheng, Chok Dee four combination... It's so yummy!!! This is my first time try out Thai style yu Sheng, it's worthy to eat Bcoz they using raw fresh salmon for it, and the sweet sauces its specially make and it's totally different from ordinary Chinese style yu Sheng, but the taste is super great ...
First time eating such a nice vegetables. The asparagus is fresh and the cashew nut is crunchy. Both are perfect match. Seaweed is added and a sweet chicken stock is used for the cooking. It also comprise of green pea and carrot slices. It is not only decorated nicely but it has a colourful combination which increase our appetite.
There are variety of chinese cuisine in Ritz Carlton Hotel, Bukit Bintang, and this dish was my favourite -- li yen's signature bean curd served with honshimeiji mushrooms and spinach.. :-D The combination was good and the bean curd blended with spinach was also excellent.. (Y) Lovely texture I reckoned. The atmosphere of the place was wonderful and clean.
