Spicy miso udon is one of my favourites. Before this, I do not specially like to eat udon but once i tried Marufuku's udon, I just love it. So far, it was one of the best udon for me and the waffles with green tea ice cream worth to give it a try if you like something sweet.

First time eating such a nice vegetables. The asparagus is fresh and the cashew nut is crunchy. Both are perfect match. Seaweed is added and a sweet chicken stock is used for the cooking. It also comprise of green pea and carrot slices. It is not only decorated nicely but it has a colourful combination which increase our appetite.
