Two different taste chicken. Both chicken are deeply fried until they were crispy. The chicken one was coated with creamy maynnaise and the other was coated with sticky and sweet honey. Both chickens taste very delicious.

The pork knuckle was deeply fried, it was very very crunchy and crispy skin. The pork meat inner side so so so soft, smooth, tender and juicy. The fatty layer below the skin is not oily at all. The omelette was not so oily and was fried till golden brown colour. The eggs was thick filled with a lot ingredients like green chilies, lean char siew, onions, mushrooms and some I have forgotten (sorry about that). Who loves omelette will sure love this dish for sure.

A superb claypot beancurd cooked along with loads of very fresh seafoods. The beancurd was fried first and then cooked along with the thick and starchy brown sauce with mushrooms, carrots, prawns, fishes, onions and many more mixed well. The taste of the sauce was almost like the shark fin soup taste. Slurp!
