As a Malaysian, I love all type of food, including Malay/Indian/Chinese food.
I love Nasi Kandar and Restoran Kudu Bin Abdul is oe of the best in KL.
Taste good and not expensive, which is why you always see long queue in front of the restaurant especially during lunch hour.
Always long queue!

Always long queue!

Go earlier to avoid the queue.

You must mix all sauces on your rice to get the flavor of nasi kandar! yummy!

This plate only cost RM5.70 (including a glass of warm water & papadam), affordable right
I love ikan goreng~~ cabbage is one of my favorite too and I always ask for the broiled lady fingers. their green chili sambal is very very nice too!

familiar damn cute right
When the shop is not busy, you can actually ask them to custom-made your coffee art by showing them the image. =D

this is the result when I show the barista my photo. LOL

fat version hello kitty. haha..

The barista, Masa, is from Japan. He not permanently based in KL but sometimes you still can catch him there! remember to praise him "cool" but not "cute"..lol

Their latte is good, i personally kinda like the green tea latte.
other than tea time meal, they serve nice main course for example grill salmon, pasta, pizza, green tea burger etc.

菠萝包专卖店 OK Dec 25, 2012
Categories : Chinese | Café | Bakery / Cake / Kuih

Not a happy high-tea Cry Dec 09, 2012

I am not happy with my recent visit at STS.
Went with a friend for high tea, ordered a pot of tea and 5 different flavors macaroons, on a weekday afternoon.
chocolate mint tea

chocolate mint tea

the tea was good, nothing much to complain. The friendly waitress even offer us honey to go with the tea but we didn't need it because we have macaroons as our sweeteners. But the problem came from the macaroons.
rose macaroon

rose macaroon

the first one we tried was the rose flavor, which we most looking forward to.
we wanted to cut it into half with tea spoon but was not able to do so. it was hard like a rock! when we finally got it into two part, we found tat the middle was already harden up like candy. I think it is not fresh. very very upset with this but we did not inform or complain to the staff.
Just that our mood for that afternoon was spoiled. And I think I will not order macaroons from STS anymore.
