香饼好吃。吃下去很香脆而且多层次。主要是传统手工制作的。值得一提是它的馅料。香饼的馅料以麦芽为主，再加入已炸好的小葱头，芝麻调配。虽然馅料以麦芽为主，但经过老板多次改良过后，吃下去不会太甜，太腻。除了香饼，另一种饼干也很好吃，就是豆沙饼，与槟城的豆沙饼口味完全不一样。也是老板娘自己改良过口味已符合大众化的需求。口味是甜咸，不错。:bowmadl:
