煎香的马鲛鱼加上主要以大量洋葱碎+辣椒碎制成的sambal,
如果辣一点和没有这么甜会比较合我胃口。
不过听老板娘说正宗马六甲娘惹菜是偏甜的,而槟城那带的则偏辣。
呵呵呵~~~那么我可以确定这间餐馆出的确是正宗马六甲娘惹菜!!

来到这里才知道什么叫高级火锅!从没吃火锅吃得这么舒服,连一滴汗都没流过。这里的环境真的让人觉得很舒服,地方东西都很干净而且服务人员都很nice。

这里的食物味道不过不失,不过火锅料真的很新鲜。店家给了鸳鸯火锅底,一个是药材汤,另外一个是tomyam汤。我本身是很喜欢他们的药材汤,加上蒜米油,真的一流!!而我老婆却比较喜欢他们的tomyam汤。老婆不喜欢太辣或太咸的,他们家的tomyam汤刚刚好,太辣太咸就吃不到火锅料的鲜甜了。然,他们家的辣椒酱真的让人喷火!连马来同胞都喊说很辣!!哈哈哈哈!!所以嫌说tomyam不够辣的就沾这辣椒酱吧!!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
其实。火锅不算是主菜呢!这燕窝汤水才算真正的主菜!怎么说??
据那里的manager说,他们老板家族世代都经营着燕窝生意,
而且他们是皇亲贵族的后裔。
所以对于烹煮燕窝,他们有自己的一套做法,估计就是所谓的宫廷秘方吧!!!
据那位manager说,他们的燕窝不是直接拿燕窝和其他材料一起炖煮的,而是蒸的(如果没记错听错)!
所以,这道甜品很值得一试.....

Hummus(鹰嘴豆泥沾酱),一种用鹰嘴豆(pasar malam时常看到有人卖的一种零食)做成的沾酱。
它的口感和花生酱有点类似,只是这hummus比较粗一点点,
搽在naan(中东一种烤面包)上一起配着吃,满嘴的鹰嘴豆芳香!!
没想到这没太多的调味料却带来了满满的好滋味。
值得一试哦!!

超级大一煲,而且用料十足!
满满一整锅的鱼漂,还有那汤匙般大小的干贝和大虾!!
味道呢就比较中式一点,这不辣,很适合一家大小。
无论如何,只是论这一大煲的好料,就已经很值得了....

这道菜难就难在剥鸡脚啊~~~~
鸡脚要在生鲜的时候拔出骨来,然后才拿去烫熟,过后才凉拌的。
这道菜也是酸酸辣辣甜甜的,只要味道都到位,这鸡脚是个不错的小吃。
可惜啊~~今天的鸡脚好像欠缺了一点....
