75 year old kopitiam, still maintain the taste. I'd be a tour guide for my Japanese friend to visit Klang town.

Can you see how happy her expression when she ate nasi lemak..

She never tried Malaysia local food before and it just cross my mind to bring her visit this historical kopitiam to have lunch. She love the milk tea and I'm happy when she has repeatedly said 美味しい!(笑).
I introduced her the toast and kuih-muih. She was impressed by the pisang goreng and currypuff.

In the end, once when we out of the shop, she bought another currypuff and request to take a picture to add on her foodage in Malaysia.

Celebrate Mom Birthday Smile Jan 31, 2016

Having celebration of mom's birthday at here was awesome! It's prefect!
Since it's mom birthday and we requested if there a dessert free for birthday and wahla~~ free a brownie worth RM12.90

Manhattan at Putrajaya service was good compared with Jusco's. The waitress was attentive enough and the monthly promotions was well enough for us to tried it out. We missed out the King crab promotion though!

The menu has lot of choices compared with other branches. I guessed it signature enough since operated in shopping mall.

It make me looking forward to future promotions. Keep going Manhattan!

Dinner with Family Smile Nov 29, 2015

Categories : Malaysian variety | Restaurant | Noodles

Me outing with family and Dad suggested this place as he tried before. He said the cendol was in huge portion and he liked it.

So we ordered laksa, and the famous assam laksa as well. Sis said the taste quite good even though it's pricy, it reminded her some of the Penang friends would definitely left the bowl of assam laksa spotless.
Penang sell assam laksa half of the price with petite portion which pity for my bottomless stomach.I love the laksa though because it's not spicy, full of dried squid and clams with beanskins and fishballs. Its reminded me of the laksa that sold at our decades ago school's canteen.

I'd tried the sambal and kept looking back the menu to seek for " NASI LEMAK". The sambal, was on par with Malays sambal ikan bilis. The sambal was actually very smooth and blended well. I suspected it was made using pester and mortar. Even I can't find a single chili skins and seeds, too. It not oily and great to be dipped for cucur udang, cucur ikan bilis and might be keropok lekor.

The ambience was full of Penang old street with Uncle Peah tales and a tv showed how the assam laksa was made.

Those who enjoyed Penang foods very much will definitely need to try out this store. It is just opposite Card Cafe.

lol Coming back again for the second time!

I love the service provided by Wong Kok as the staff was attentive enough. Not to be amused with the super big cup of milk tea~~

The super big cup milk tea was specially for birthday customer. * I'm sorry to not share the photo as mine dad kept posing with the big cup. He's a milk tea lover.

We enjoyed our foods very much. The sizzling plate portion was great and you can choose between pork chop or chicken chop or fish. Even though I'm not a fancy for black pepper however it in acceptable range for me.

Mum love the pattaya spagetti very much as its just suit to her taste.

Hope Wong Kok can produce new foods for us regular customer.

Warm Dinner Meals OK Aug 21, 2015

Categories : Taiwanese | Restaurant | Noodles | BBQ

Well, I get into this restaurant since Mom want to eat something light.

I ordered Osyter Noodle set meal, thank god it's not too osyterish.. and I not actually like the osyter noodle in gummy type. I more prefered to be not too gummy and osyterish since I had once in Taiwan.

My sister ordered the salted chicken set and her meal win over us.

The ambience was good and suitable for family dining. Beside there actually has extra fume smell from the bakery which just beside of the house.
