我们不用驾车或搭车就能吃到马六甲的海南鸡粒饭了,还真的多亏我交游广阔啊,朋友把我介绍到来来这里了。上次和马六甲鸡粒饭分手后就很怀念的我,来到这里真的没有失望,这里的鸡肉很够味而且很嫩,鸡粒饭分量也很多我吃的可饱了!

这间甜品店的口味真的千变万化,少来了就有那么多还没吃过的口味,老板真的很用心呢。我喜欢这里的的仙草榴莲甘露,在一堆冰沙中有浓浓的榴莲泥还有带点甜酸的甘露,带点蜜糖甜的仙草,全部的结合出奇的好噢。

香脆葱油饼利用的材料有面粉,水,葱,油,非常的简单要下锅炸的时候面团一定不能太厚,因为里面很难熟透而且也没那么脆。这里做的香脆葱油饼,外皮酥脆,内馕松软,辣椒绝对是香脆葱油饼的最佳配搭。

之前大多吃的猪肠粉是吃工厂已经做好的现成的,只是加上甜酱和辣椒酱一起吃就好了。这个港式猪肠粉,是现做现卖的,老板把已经调好的粉酱放在热热的蒸锅上蒸熟,还没上锅时撒上叉烧或者虾便能吃了。这个猪肠粉最适合点上虾米辣椒酱,当然还有酱油啊。

这里的面是用顶级的面粉为原料由师父亲手制作而成的,你们还可以在店里看见的呢到底师父的功夫多了得。它的汤汁浓郁,拉面Q弹,就算泡在汤里还是不容易变糊,排骨一点都不觉得不油腻,外皮很酥却保留了原本的肉汁。
