This is a super overdue post. Went to Pavillion KL with friends and found RUSCO Concept Store. Was attracted by the colourful rusk displayed in their store. So a little introduction of RUSCO, it’s a premium brand under Yataro Group that launched few years ago in Japan. The tastiness of RUSCO originated from their unique baking method of baguettes. They spent time making the dough by using the wheat flour from Hokkaido and mix it by using the European style small size mixer. Then, spread the delegated dough by hand follows by the first baking process. And they also include a brochure for their customers to know more about them. Personally, I love the chocolate flavour because I’m a chocolate lover. But overall, it was good! The rusk is delicious and simply crunchy. Yummy! Besides that, you can purchase RUSCO online and will be delivered to you. A perfect gift for yourself and your loves one too!

Beverages : Lemonade and Peppermint TeaOrdered rib eye steak with mash potato and chips.
The steak is cooked medium well with black pepper sauce.Decided to have some desserts. Ordered the brownie with vanilla ice cream.
Sizzle of caramel sauce. Yummy!

Sashimi Moriwase, Assorted sashimi during spring season.
The sashimi were fresh and delicious.Maguro cappacio, sliced tuna cappacio with a little spicy taste.Corn Waffle which is the spring menu dessert.
It's a corn like waffle with ice cream inside.

Strawberry Bingsu
It consist of shaved ice, berries, topped with a scoop of strawberry gelato.
Pretty huge for a single portion, share it with my brother though.

Besides that it's very sweet. I can't take anymore of it, so my brother gotta finish it alone!
Maybe gotta try other flavours of bingsu.
