Cupcake Chic @ Avenue K OK May 17, 2014
Categories : Western variety | Stall / Warung

It was the first time I bought cupcakes at here. And at the same time, they’re having deals on Groupon now, so without hesitation, I purchased it out of my curiosity.

It is located at Avenue K, near to 7Eleven and Noodle Shack.
They do sell cupcakes and macarons at there. I heard that there are 24 flavors of cupcakes at their store. However, it has different flavors of cupcakes for different days.
So, I bought different flavors of cupcakes.
It was surprisingly tasted good!!lollol
The spongy cupcakes were moist and fluffy in texture. It didn’t taste like other normal cupcakes that I usually buy. The sweetness of frosting was just right and matched perfectly with the cupcakes.
You should have a try at least once!!

Cookies 'n' Cream
Ccookies and cream cake with vanilla frosting.

Othello
Belgian chocolate cake with vanilla frosting. I personally love the vanilla frosting as I’m one of the vanilla fans instead of chocolate.

Back to Basics
It is the most common cake but tasted so good! It was vanilla cake with vanilla frosting. It was a fully vanilla flavor!

I will definitely visit to there again!! smile

Yes, I’ll never get bored of this restaurant where they do serve really good food!!
Groupon still having promotion now where you’ll only need to pay RM 15 for RM 30 or RM 24 for RM 50, good isn't it?
I've wrote about this cafe previously.
Blogged : http://loveeatshop94.blogspot.com/2014/03/primos-cafe-starparc-point.html
So this time we ordered different dishes.
Seafood Alfado RM 15.90
Italian noodles served with fresh ocean shrimp, squid ring and mussel cooked with cream sauce. The spaghetti was cooked till al dente and the sauce was very creamy.
This dish is simple and perfect when you don’t have any idea what to choose. *recommended*

Oven Baked Cheesy Pasta RM 14.90
Italian noodles baked with generous amount of mozzarella cheese and served with slices of grilled chicken thigh. The cheese was very cheesy and chewy while the chicken thigh was crispy and juicy.

Kiwi Smoothies RM 9.60
Blended smoothies with kiwi flavors!! It tasted a little sour and sweet.
As I mentioned at the previous post about Primo’s Café, their cream was superb and tasted like milk, which different from others. I still prefer banana smoothies!

I still personally prefer Bacon Mushroon & Cheese Burger! The aroma of the bread and tenderness of the beef patties, PERFECT!! *yummy*

Recommended Dish(es):  Seafood Alfado

Spending per head: Approximately RM20(午餐)

Complimentary sky juice and cutlery corner are provided too. *FOC*

There are some seasoning and sauces available on the table. *self-service*

Hearty Egg Breakfast RM 18
It is served with chicken sausages, hash brown, scrambled eggs with mushroom, tomatoes, lettuce, baked beans, roasted potato and toast.
It’s one of their favorite dishes!

Egg Benedict RM 18
Double poached eggs, chicken ham and sautéed mushrooms are served on homemade brioche toast and covered by signature Hollandaise sauce with fresh salad and roasted potatoes as side dishes.
For me, the poached egg tasted like normal half cooked egg. But I do like the concept of pouched eggs placed on the chicken ham.

The ambiance at there was very relaxing and expose to nature.
It makes me think nothing but to enjoy the nature with a cup of coffee.
I will definitely come back again!
By the way, they will be moving on 27th April, 2014 ><!
Visit them before it's too late.

Maiu is an ALA CARTE BUFFET style in Japanese cuisine.
It simply means that we can order all the ala carte dishes which usually can be seen in normal Japanese restaurant, but at here it is UNLIMITED!

Adults : RM 48.80
Children : RM 25. 80
And of course, subject to government and service tax =X

It is located at Sri Petaling and near to the workshops. We parked the car near Baskin Robin (another street from Maiu) because the parking slots in front of Maiu were fully occupied.
It is usually fully seats during weekdays or weekends. So, we booked few days before visited here.
The food is served upon ordered.

Kaki Tofu Fried
Tofu is deep fried and served with mayonnaise and sprinkle of chopped onion. The softness of the tofu was just right and a little sweet.
For tofu lover, this is one of the best dishes ever!! *recommended*

P/S: I’m a tofu lover! *yay!*

Sashimi : Salmon Sashimi, Shiro Maguro Sashimi, Maguro Sushi
Here it is the UNLIMITED free flow of SASHIMI!
I personality think that this salmon sashimi is much better than the one I had in Jogoya. The salmon was thick and still fresh when served.

Salmon Shioyaki

The salmon cooked was tender and fresh. I applied some lemon on top of the fish which make it more delicious.

It’s definitely an affordable place to dine-in for unlimited ala carte style.
One of the best Japanese Ala Carte Buffet ever!! *recommended*
Apart from the buffet, they also do serve bento and other menu set in normal price.

Recommended Dish(es):  Kaki Fried Tofu,Sashimi : Salmon Sashimi Shiro Maguro Sashimi Maguro Sushi,Salmon Shioyaki,saba shioyaki,Green Tea Ice-cream

Primo's Cafe OK Apr 03, 2014

Recently, Primo’s Café is having deals in Living Social !
It offers RM 15 for RM 30 & RM 24 for RM 50. Without hesitation, we decided to purchase RM 24 for RM 50. It is like 51% discounts!!
Deal: Primo's Cafe at StarParc Point
It is just located next to Movida at StarParc Point. It is easy to find parking too.
We were served when we stepped into the shop. One of the staff presented the menu and explained to us their shop’s specialty.
The service at there is good! *thumbs up* The staff are friendly.
There do offer breakfast set even though it was already evening. I can say that it’s cheaper than the others like Antipodean and Three Little Pigs & TheBig Bad Wolf.
Without hesitation, we ordered few dishes.

It was served in a big portion where consists of toast bread, ham, backed beans, scrambled egg, grilled tomatoes, pork sausage and hash browns. I personally love the scrambled egg where it gave us a bit cheesy flavour and well-cooked. *recommended*

It consists of chicken patty with cucumber, lettuce, cheesy mushroom and bacon. It has French fried as side dish too. I love the cheesy mushroom! It was cheesy enough and made me can’t stop eating it. It was big in portion too.
