Came by Penang once again for work purpose, and as always Chai Leng park's foodcourt is the way to go for me. After dinner, I was walking back to the car when I saw this fried chicken stall and I could not resist myself.As I have beer in the hotel, I decided to get something sinful from this stall which will go well with my beer. In my opinion, the best part of a fried chicken is always the skin. This stall fries the skin into pure crispy joy. Of course it is full of oil, but it goes so well with beer, I actually felt bad after finishing it.
