Assorted SushiOperating a Vegetarian restaurant seem to be tough to be, the reason I claim so is because most of the Vegetarian restaurant I visited tend to serve cuisine from local, Japanese, Western, and the list go on. Assorted sushi here is just average as there is no special ingredient that were added to the sushi like cucumber, egg, carrot, and etc where as taste wise is as good as those you get elsewhere. The sushi were nicely wrapped and doesn't felt off easily while the seaweed is crunc
