三杯鸡是台湾名菜之一，但是这里有素三杯鸡。无论卖相与素鸡肉都做得非常的相似！口感还蛮不错，味道少少辣，很香就是了。素鰻魚，想不到这里也可以吃到日本料理哦，卖相不是很相，口感比较有嚼劲，不想一般的真鳗鱼那么软，但是味道还是蛮接近的。

虽然我不是素食的爱好者，但是呢，无可否分他们做得真的很棒呢。无论味道和口感，素魚做得还蛮松软的虽然不能和真鱼的鲜甜来相比。他们的酱油调的挺可口的，带少少的咸咸酱油味，听开胃的。我觉得挺健康，就算是炒得，但是呢一点也不会油腻噢。

叫了一盘肉酱意大利面，简直不敢相信，无论卖相跟味道都和真的肉酱意大利面味道一样呢。更何况这是一盘素肉酱意大利面！我不敢相信我的味蕾呢，无论是番茄酱，肉碎的口感和香肠做得挺像的。但是我觉得他们的马铃薯快有些软，其余的都做得很棒！

Vegetarian UnagiCredit is highly given to the vegetarian unagi in loving hut because the food taste very good and had almost the same look and taste in it. Italian Special MealThe special meal includes Vegan Fusilli Pasta (which I requested to swap with angel hair) with Soy Protein, Tomato Puree, Potato Wedges and Vegan Sausages with Onion. Assorted SnackThis is a very appetizing dish where it contain sweet tofu skin with tiny sliced vegetable infused into it, deep fried vegetable tempura, vegetarian BBQ pork, braised vegetarian meat, and cold salad. Grilled Vegetarian MeatThe meat / patty is made of Soy Protein in order to have a packed and filling patty that simulate the real meat. Personally I love this dish because there is a slight charcoal taste that infused into the vegetarian meat where as there is no burn on both side of it. Shower with lost of mushroom gravy with some 'tofu pok', my friend and I were fighting till the very last piece.

Stir Fried Vegetarian FishI'm always impress by how vegetarian dish can imitate not just the appearance of the dish but also the taste of it. Some say the heavy glutamate while some suggest that other ingredient were used to replace and simulate the taste. Whatever it is I love the vegetarian fish here. The vegetarian fish doesn't have the exact texture of the real deal but it taste quite good with the sauce not too salty not plain. It taste just right and healthy.
