If you prefer having pastas over pork knuckles at Bavarian Bierhaus, then Vongole is certainly worth considering. The linguine is cooked al-dente.. exactly how I prefer my pasta to be ! With generous amounts of clams and shavings of crispy, streaky bacon... it is well spiced and well seasoned, plus deliciously drizzled with healthy olive oil too. Totally a winner

Eisbein is actually the much healthier Pork Knuckle version offered by Bavarian Bierhaus for their health conscious customers. Of course, their original deep fried ones tasted the best but hey, it's really good to go healthy too The knuckle was boiled (which reminds me very much of traditional Chinese cooking) with equally healthy sidelines of mashed potatoes and sauteed garden veges

At RM78 per platter, I believe this is one of the most expensive items on the menu. No surprises there, considering all the sausages featured are quality premiums ones imported all the way from Germany Ladled with German farmer sausage, garlic sausage, pork cheese sausage, Numberger sausage, lamb sausage, spicy chicken sausage and white sausage! Whoa.. so many sausages With a side potato salad too.

Woww.. this was certainly a winner indeed. Sitting beautifully atop a bed of mashed potatoes, boiled green peas and beans.. it's really a great presentation indeed. And taste super duper delicious too. The skin was really very crispy indeed.. and the meat tenderized and well-marinated and spiced. The rich creamy garlic and herb sauce with drizzled the pork knuckle was seriously good too!

Apparently, this THE Signature Beer from Bavarian Bierhaus The all-time favorite. A timeless, classic traditional German beer full of bold, zesty flavors with a smooth wheaty sensation on the palate. I thought that it goes down well with all the different pork offerings on the menu Smooth, rich, creamy and definitely one of the best beers out there. Mmmmmm

这家坐落于one utama的一个小角落的德国餐厅，不是故意走进去的话还真的没发现到咧。说明了是德国餐厅，那就一定要点他们的烧猪脚和啤酒了，啤酒还蛮贵的，想必是因为进口的关系吧，可是很顺口很滑，至于那烧猪脚，味道还不错，只是我觉得有点油腻，不能吃多。

这里除了德式脆皮烤豬肘之外，香腸拼盤也是这里比叫的佐酒美食之一。一盘里有几种不同的香肠，而且沾酱也有三种烤，蒜美乃茲、燈籠辣味美乃茲和黃芥茉醬，在加上酸菜马铃薯泥，吃得真是直呼过瘾。

这里Paulaner黑啤酒有着和别的啤酒不同的就是它有浓浓的麦芽香气和細緻的啤酒花香，与中不同，一杯接一杯的下肚真的觉得冰凉可口，顿时心里阵阵凉意，而且比较顺口味道柔和，真让人爱不释手。

德国餐最出名就非德国烤猪脚莫属了。这里的德国烤猪脚，炸成黄金色香脆的外皮，外脆内软，一口咬下去肉柔嫩多汁的口感。焦黃的表皮香脆有嚼勁，皮下是一層不油膩的胶质，肉厚而饱滿，配合酸菜和馬鈴薯，简直然我让我赞不绝口。

Hubby and I were debating on what to eat on a Sunday dinner. We decided to drop by to The Curve to have some good old pork knuckle. The portion is huge, and enough to feed the both of us. The pork knuckle is very well done, the skin crispy and the meat tender and juicy. It comes with a side of mashed potatoes and sauerkraut as well, which complemented the pork knuckle very well. With some Paulaner beer at hand, the dinner was certainly very enjoyable.

the soup was refreshing and appetizingcertainly made from fresh and organic carrotsalthough to some it may be quite bland but just shake in some pepper and you'll be good to gothe cream was not too heavy so the carrot soup doesn't make you full so you can still have stomach space for the main courseMaybe this carrot soup would be nice to have some carrot bits or corn kernels to make it more tasty?

normally this dish would cost RM129 but thanks to groupon this meal only cost RM48the german sausage is super long. and its skin is crunchy for those of you who like the german sausages instead of those children hot dogs.the pork ribs were dry on the side and not much gravy but as you work yourself towards the center of the ribs you'll find that it gets more tender and richer in taste

每次看到别人吃德国猪脚，都很想试下，某天在网上看到有优惠，结果就去试下。由于知道猪脚蛮大所以我们就只点一个来share。猪脚上桌时卖相很好，上面还插着一把刀，可是当咬下第一口时，味道麻麻，而且还有点太干，可以说是失望，不懂是德国猪脚都是这个味道还是这家餐厅料理得不好。
