If you prefer having pastas over pork knuckles at Bavarian Bierhaus, then Vongole is certainly worth considering. The linguine is cooked al-dente.. exactly how I prefer my pasta to be ! With generous amounts of clams and shavings of crispy, streaky bacon... it is well spiced and well seasoned, plus deliciously drizzled with healthy olive oil too. Totally a winner
