Hubby and I were debating on what to eat on a Sunday dinner. We decided to drop by to The Curve to have some good old pork knuckle. The portion is huge, and enough to feed the both of us. The pork knuckle is very well done, the skin crispy and the meat tender and juicy. It comes with a side of mashed potatoes and sauerkraut as well, which complemented the pork knuckle very well. With some Paulaner beer at hand, the dinner was certainly very enjoyable.
