Grilled Vegetarian MeatThe meat / patty is made of Soy Protein in order to have a packed and filling patty that simulate the real meat. Personally I love this dish because there is a slight charcoal taste that infused into the vegetarian meat where as there is no burn on both side of it. Shower with lost of mushroom gravy with some 'tofu pok', my friend and I were fighting till the very last piece.
