Another dish which I have tried at EAT. is the Dry Minced Meat Noodle.

The restaurant is self serving, so this ensures that waiting time is never too long as the customers have to queue up to make their order and then proceed to collect their food next to the cashier. We could see how the dish was made in front of our eyes.

The noodle in this dish is actually quite springy and cooked quite well. The mushroom served was quite nice and juicy as well. Unfortunately, that is all that is good about this dish. The minced meat lacks flavour and tastes a little stale. The sole fried wantan in the dish does not have much filling and the dish only has a single leaf. It also comes with MSG laden soup.

I don't think I will order this dish anymore.
