Loaded with lots of vegetables, egg, minced meat with brown rice, Bi Bim Bab is a healthy dish. Served in a stone pot, it helps to retain the heat in the dish longer, hence the enjoyable. What I like most about stone pot rice is the last scrape off the stone pot which is usually crispier and slightly burnt. Don't you think it looks pretty, especially the sunny side up? The bibimbap was decent; I could taste the freshness of the vegetables by its crunchiness; the sauce was good to go with the rice. The egg was slightly overcooked though. The use of sesame was aptly as it had the aroma that could make the dish whole.

Overall, it was decent
